Refund and Return Policy

Overview

At Elkoy Games, every product is made to order and produced specifically for you.
Because of this, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
However, if there is a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elkoytcg.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Lost Orders or Delivery Issues

If your package is lost in transit or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
We’ll work with the fulfillment partner to investigate and, if confirmed lost, we’ll resend the order or issue a refund.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made to order and sent to production automatically, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist before production starts.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Playmats, sleeves, and cards produced on demand


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
